The space
Come be at home in Oregon Hill where you have the luxury of a home meeting all your needs, fully equipped kitchen and living space, 5 bedrooms, a backyard with beautiful city and river reviews, a double decker patio, front porch, and FIVE bedrooms! At this location you can walk to Browns Island for all the fun festivals and activities, walk to Hollywood Cemetery, minutes from VCU, or access trails steps from the door! The downstairs is a complete open floor plan from the front of the house to the back. There is a guest room downstairs with en-suite bathroom, and 4 bedrooms upstairs.

House Rules
1. We love our furry friends, but this is a NO PETS listing.
2. No smoking, vaping, or e-cigarettes, drugs, or fireworks. Guests are subject to $250 smoking fee charge.
3.Early check in and late checkout may be requested with a $50 per hour fee. While we are happy to accommodate, this disrupts our regular business operations.
4. NO PARTIES. However, we welcome intimate and courteous celebrations with prior notice and approval.
5. No noise/music must be heard outside the house. All outdoor activity must finish by 10pm (out of respect for neighbors).
6. No extra guests on the property without prior approval.
7. No glitter, no confetti, no hanging or tacking things on walls.
8. 160 lb weight limit on top bunk bed. Please be careful with children around stairs and bunk bed
