What’s included in this suite?
The space
This lavish home has an open lay-out downstairs with 2 sitting areas on either side of the fireplace, 2 dining tables, countertop seating, and a newly renovated state of the art kitchen. Hang out on the front porch or go to the private backyard area with patio seating and a propane fire place. The master bedroom has a en suite beautiful bathroom , work from home desk, with luggage racks, a dresser, chase lounger, and a comfy bench. The middle bedroom has a triple bunk bed (children or small adults less than 160 lbs), or a queen bed depending on your needs with an open closet for you. The last bedroom has two queen beds with a closet available to you and is next to the full bathroom at the end of the hall. All bedrooms have black out curtains to ensure restful sleep. The downstairs couch can fold down into a sofa-bed as well, only ideal for a child or small adult. Also, we are family friendly with children’s dinnerware, books and toys, pack and play, sound machine, step-stool in the bathroom for littles, booster seat with tray, and black out curtains! Free street parking as well as a private parking space out back, keyless & self check-in at 4 PM, check out at 10 AM. Full kitchen stocked with your needs, we provide linens, towels, toiletries, and more; please message if you have any other questions!
You are minutes to the city’s highlights: MCV, Virginia State Capitol, Greater Richmond Convention Center, VCU, Virginia Museum of Fine Arts, Main St. Station, and many other places that we will include in our guidebook when you book with us.

This home is conveniently located just 7.5 miles, 12 mins, from the Airport.
House Rules
1. We love our furry friends, but this is a NO PETS listing.
2. No smoking, vaping, or e-cigarettes, drugs, or fireworks. Guests are subject to $250 smoking fine.
3.Early check in and late checkout may be requested with a $50 per hour fee. While we are happy to accommodate, this disrupts our regular business operations.
4. NO PARTIES. However, we welcome intimate and courteous celebrations with prior notice.
5. No noise/music must be heard outside the house. All outdoor activity must finish by 10pm (out of respect for neighbors).
6. Only one child is permitted on the top bunk at a time, and no horseplay. Please carefully watch small children near stairs, around the fireplace, bunk bed, etc. The bunk bed is a TRIPLE bunk, so be mindful of the height and please be careful!
7. No extra guests on the property without prior approval.
8. No glitter, confetti, or tacking/taping things on walls.
