What’s included in this suite?
The space
The home has an open floor plan downstairs with the living and dining area connected. The backyard is easily visualized from kitchen and the home gets amazing light being on the corner lot. You’ll love the outdoor patio for easy access to the backyard right off the dining area. Being on the corner lot, parking is easy either out front or on the side of the home.
There are 3, but really 4, bedrooms upstairs. The master bedroom has 2 queen beds with an ensuite bathroom as well as a fun “secret bedroom” inside with a set of bunk beds and its own closet. The master with its two rooms sleeps 6. The second bedroom has 2 twin over full bunk beds (can sleep 6). The third bedroom has 2 queen beds (sleeps 4). The upstairs hall bathroom is a tub/shower combo with a double vanity. The laundry access is in the upstairs hallway and is beautiful! Stackable smart units with a laundry folding station for you if needed.
Location: minutes from Browns Island, 2 miles from Greater Richmond Convention Center, 1.8 miles to Downtown, 6.9 miles from Richmond Airport, Walk to Carter Jones Park.
Guest access
The entire home and yard is yours! Shed is locked and cannot be accessed by guests.
House Rules
1. We love our furry friends, but this is a NO PETS listing.
2. No smoking, vaping, or e-cigarettes, drugs, or fireworks. Guests are subject to $250 smoking fine.
3.Early check in and late checkout may be requested with a $50 per hour fee. While we are happy to accommodate, this disrupts our regular business operations.
4. NO PARTIES. However, we welcome intimate and courteous celebrations with prior notice.
5. No noise/music must be heard outside the house. All outdoor activity must finish by 10pm (out of respect for neighbors).
6. Only one child is permitted on the top bunk at a time, and no horseplay. Please carefully watch small children near stairs, around the fireplace, bunk bed, etc. The bunk bed is a TRIPLE bunk, so be mindful of the height and please be careful!
7. No extra guests on the property without prior approval.
8. No glitter, confetti, or tacking/taping things on walls.
